Delivery & Tracking
Our in-house fulfilment team works hard to get your order packed and out the door as quickly as possible. We want to make sure your favourites reach you in perfect condition.
Despatch Details
- Processing Time: We typically process and despatch orders within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Confirmation: As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a despatch email with all your tracking details.
- The Weekend: Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Delivery Options
We ship all of our packages via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow your bars every step of the way.
A quick note on timing: Royal Mail aims to deliver within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. While these timings are estimates, you can always check the most up-to-date status via your tracking link.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, you can track it in full by clicking the link in your despatch email.
