Delivery & Tracking
Our in-house, UK-based fulfilment team works hard to get your order packed and out the door as quickly as possible. We want to make sure your favourites reach you in perfect condition.
Despatch Details
- Processing Time: We typically process and despatch orders within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Confirmation: As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a despatch email with all your tracking details.
- The Weekend: Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Delivery Options
We ship all of our packages via Royal Mail services; within the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, this is usually via Royal Mailed Tracked 48.
Shipments to the European Union or elsewhere are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and need to clear customs before they can be delivered; if ordering to an international destination, you should expect a longer wait time for your products.
Shipping is free for subscription orders within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands; flat rate charges of £3 apply for one-time purchase orders within those localities. For orders shipped to the European Union, a flat rate charge of £10 is applied.
