OGT x THE 2026 GRALLOCH

The Gralloch is a demanding gravel race in southwest Scotland, and in 2026 OGT will be there supporting riders with wrapper-free fuel.

What is the Gralloch?

The Gralloch is a gravel race set in the Galloway Forest Park in southwest Scotland. It is known for steep elevation, technical terrain, and long stretches between support. Riders come prepared for endurance, not convenience.

This is exactly the kind of environment OGT is built for, and we will be there.

When and where it happens

Date: May 2026

Location: Gatehouse of Fleet, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland

The course runs through forest tracks, open moorland, and exposed climbs. Weather can change quickly, and fuel choices matter more than usual.

OGT has been invited to take part in the Gralloch weekend, supporting riders with real food designed for long days on the bike. We will be there with wrapper-free bars that are easy to carry, easy to eat, and leave nothing behind on the course.

How riders will fuel

What works on this course

The Gralloch demands steady fuelling over long, exposed sections where stopping is not always an option.

OGT will be there to support that approach with simple, real-food fuel designed for long days on the bike.

Where is The Gralloch?

What to expect from race weekend

What happens at the Gralloch?

The Gralloch is not a closed-road, convenience-first race. Riders are often far from support, conditions can be demanding, and the environment plays a big role in how the day unfolds.

Race weekend is busy, focused, and built around preparation, effort, and recovery.

How we’re preparing for the Gralloch

Gravel races like the Gralloch require planning and scale. In the lead-up to the event, we are preparing larger batches of bars to ensure riders can rely on the same ingredients, the same process, and the same wrapper-free format throughout the weekend.

Everything is built around consistency, simplicity, and reliability in tough conditions.

Why wrapper-free fuel matters here

Gravel racing often takes riders far from bins, support crews, and easy clean-up. What gets dropped tends to stay dropped.

We believe races like the Gralloch are exactly where wrapper-free fuel makes the most sense. Proper food, eaten on the move, without leaving anything behind in places that deserve respect.
