At One Good Thing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer two clear ways to return an item if it isn't quite right, alongside our standard policies for cancellations and faulty goods.

 

Standard Returns

If you have changed your mind, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and get a refund.

 

Please email hello@weareogt.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery to let us know. Items should be returned unused, in a fully resalable condition and with their original packaging. You must dispatch and post the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Upon safe receipt of the item, we will refund the full purchase price plus our standard outward delivery charge.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love what you buy. If you have opened, tried and tested your product, but find you are not satisfied with its performance, you can use our extended store guarantee.

 

Please email hello@weareogt.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following subject line in your email ‘30-Day Money-Back Guarantee’. Include your order number, full name, address and the specific reason for your requested return. We will reply with a Confirmation Email including shipping instructions. Once we receive the product back, we will issue your refund within 10 working days (and no later than 30 calendar days). For this voluntary satisfaction guarantee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional initial costs such as express delivery upgrades, customs duties or import taxes cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Cancellations are accepted prior to your order being processed, which usually occurs on the day the order is placed. To cancel, please email hello@weareogt.com immediately with your order number and shipping address.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you are fully protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Within the first 30 days of delivery, you have the legal right to request either a full refund or a free replacement. We will cover any return postage costs associated with faulty items.
