Wrapper-free? How does that work?
Our bars are covered in a 100% natural, edible beeswax-based coating. It works exactly how the skin on an apple does, meaning it can be rinsed if necessary, and will not absorb anything it touches. The coating protects the other ingredients inside, keeping your bar fresh and tasty. Our bars are naturally waterproof, this means if they get wet nothing will be absorbed and they won't get sticky or dissolve. They can be conveniently eaten straight from your pocket or can be rinsed if required.
How do OGT bars taste?
Our bars are only made from delicious real food ingredients like oats and honey with all natural flavourings. This means you can enjoy fuelling your sport with a tasty source of energy without any flavour fatigue. Our natural beeswax-based edible coating has no taste and is less than half a millimetre thick. Much like the skin on an apple, it adds to the texture and protects the rest of the tasty bar inside.
Can I eat the bars whilst running?

How do OGT bars perform in different temperatures?
The bars perform in both cold and hot weather, they might become slightly softer and more malleable in hot weather but will not melt. We recommend that they are kept separately e.g. in a pocket on their own.
